My dearest Krissy,

I can’t believe it has been 6 years. You are missed more and more as each day passes. There isn’t a day that goes by where I do not think of you; where you would be, what you would be doing, if we were in college together like we always talked about. Happy late 20th babe. I bet you’re excited to get outta those teens! Everything with me is going fine. I helped out with a KU show about a month ago. We did an alumni number, and I knew you were standing right next to me the whole time. I can always feel you with me…thanks for standing by and looking over me always! I love you with my whole whole heart and miss you like you don’t even know.

Your Best,
Stephy

Dear KK,

KU did a superb job on the “Salute to Broadway and the Silver Screen” performance! Amber and Cheyenne looked like they were enjoying themselves and did a great job. And I know you smiled when the Alumni, which included so many of your friends, came on stage. Dear friend Stephanie was right in the middle, and I could almost see you standing right beside her with that wonderful smile on your face.

Sabrina Auge, the 2006-07 recipient of the Kristin Kay Smith Arizona Cinderella Award, held the audience in awe when she sang “Home.” I haven’t met her in person, but send my congratulations and admiration for her talent.

Congratulations to Carol and Vince Sottosanti on 20 years in this commendable endeavor.

Only a Memory Away…you are always in my heart.

Love,
Gramma

Dear Kristin,
It is our memories that bring us comfort. So many happy times we all shared as a family. We look forward to a glorious reunion and know you and Abby will be there to welcome us. God is so good!

Love,

Gramma

Kristin was on my mind today. I was having fond memories of the birthday party she shared with Abby I think when Abby turned one! I remember their photo cake and seeing Kristin helping Abby open her gifts.

I’m not sure if people celebrate earthly birthdays in heaven, but if they do, then I think it’s really neat that Abby and Kristin are together again this October. At least we know they are enjoying Jesus together and maybe even dancing for Him!

Kristin… gone from this earth, but never from my heart or mind. I think of you this day, with cherished memories and love, on the anniversary of your birth. Celebrate, sweet girl!!

Hugs to all who continue to face this day with a knot in your stomach. Remember… “Forever in our hearts, As we prepare to meet again!!”

I am thinking of my family tonight… and ALL of our little performers. Hope those of you who were able to attend enjoyed the show. Sorry it didn’t work out for me to be there with you. I’m sure the girls performed beautifully. Maybe I can watch the video?
