What a beautiful girl you are and what a wonderful website your family has done for you. A candle was lit last night in your memory. I met your Mom and Sister and they are, clearly, so proud of you as they should be. There is no greater loss than losing a child. It’s a heartache so deep that neither words nor tears can truly express it. My appreciation for people has grown immeasurably since my son’s death, though I have never felt more inadequate and vulnerable. My hope is that these tragedies reminds us all to treat others with respect and compassion, to deeply appreciate the good people in our lives whether they be family, friends, loved ones or just acquaintances, to live life to the fullest, to laugh and enjoy the moment, to love deeply and to live life with integrity and grace.
