In Memory of Kristin Kay Smith, 10/1/1986 – 12/29/2000

Poem (Original poster: Kristin's sister Cheyenne) February 12, 2004

Filed under: The forum from the old website — Taryn @ 4:11 am

My best friend Libby wrote this for me:

I didn’t really know her, but I felt your pain.

I see pictures of her all the time looking her best,

She must have been great, even greater than great,

You are going to live with her in your heart,

You will always remember her, you will think of her everyday.

I am sorry you have to write,

But when you hear her voice, I know you will cry

It will bring back that day, the 29th you will always keep,

If you had her today would you cry and cry,

I know Amber is good but not the same,

You will dance for her,

You will write for her,

You will live for her.
