Valerie, I’m glad to hear you say that Nicole’s personality is just like yours and Kristin’s. For that reason alone, I know the state directors made the right choice. No doubt Nicole must be a terrific young lady! I’m curious to know, if you had to list what personality traits you three have in common, what would you include?
I don’t know if you remember but I met you last year when you were crowned. You seemed so excited and genuinely honored when your name was announced, and Taryn and I were so thrilled for you. Afterwards I remember giving you a hug of congratulations, and it made me feel close to Kristin. I also thought it was neat that you and Kristin had been “secret sisters” to one another when you were little girls, and again you two were bonded together through the Ambassador Award.
I’ve thought about you throughout the past year and prayed that your year would be very special and memorable for you. I hope you’ll continue to communicate through this forum and let us know how you’re doing.
Kristin’s sisters are spending the night at my house tonight and they said to say “hello”!
