Its been a long time....a very long time. I remember the sleep overs, that huge smile of yours. I remember all the time I would come to watch you dance. You were a great woman with more to give to this world than a lot of us. I know you have been watching over your mom, she needs it! I still remember you every day you are in my thoughts!

Love you....so sosososo much.

Kristin lit up the world for the short time she was here. Her passion continues to inspire AT LEAST one person that I know of and during setbacks, it was her memory that helped get things back on track. Missed, but never forgotten.

Dear Kristin,

Oh how I selfishly wish you were here to help with KU. I want you to know that many of things you helped begin are in place today with hundreds of children and teens walking through our doors. You are missed, remembered, and loved by all who knew you.

Your Mom misses you more than words can express, and I'm honored to know that I am a person she can express her feelings too (you know how tight lipped she can be). I will hold the candle and be there with her whenever I can.

Your quiet, calm strength with others is remembered as a shining example of what we want our teachers to be. Our mentoring program is working well.

On this day, so many years ago, was the last time I teased you....oh how I wish I could again.

But finally, I am grateful for your 14 years on this earth, and for the fact that I was a part of your life

Hi Sweetie, I am up early watching the beautiful colors of the sunrise and thinking about the glorious colors you are enjoying. Years go by but it never gets easier to not have you with our family, you always spread around a special warm feeling because of your thirst to learn and teach... and you have left us a legacy of love. You are so missed. Love,
Grandma and Grandpa
